How it works

Step 1: Tell me your idea

Call, email or send the enquiry form. A photo or rough sketch helps, but a few sentences is plenty.
Step 2: I design and quote

A spec or sketch and an honest, itemised price. No obligation, no pressure.
Step 3: Handbuilt by me

Once you're happy, I build it by hand in the workshop.
Step 4: Delivered and set up

I deliver across Cornwall and set it up in place — ready to use, not flat-packed.
Step 5: Yours for decades

I'll show you how to keep it at its best, and I'm at the end of the phone if you need me.

Do you charge for a quote?: No. Quotes and design conversations are free and come with no obligation. You only commit once you're happy with the price and the plan.
How long will my piece take?: It depends on the build and how busy the workshop is. I'll always give you a realistic timing before you commit, and keep you posted.
Where do you deliver?: Across Cornwall. I deliver and install in person so your piece arrives ready to use.
Can I change a standard design?: Almost always. Size, finish and details can usually be adjusted — just tell me what you've got in mind and I'll let you know what's possible and what it'd cost.
How do I pay?: We'll sort that when you order. Everything is agreed up front so there are no surprises.
